About the Bank

The bank was established in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in 1997. It has the head office in St. Vincent and a representative office in Budapest, Hungary.

The bank does not disclose its financial statements, as a private company. According to the available public information the bank is the fastest growing bank in the region. It doubled its size in 2011.

Banking Secrecy and Tax Treaties

St. Vincent authorities have no access to information about account holders. St. Vincent court order is required to get such access.

St. Vincent has signed Tax Information Exchange Agreements with France, Germany, Australia, Finland, Iceland, Sweden, Faroes, Norway, Greenland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Belgium, Liechtenstein, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark and Aruba.

Required Corporate Documents

Our company prepares all required corporate documents for the bank and sends them to clients.

Required Personal Documents

All shareholders, officers, directors and authorized signatories are required to provide to the bank the following documents:

  • A notarized copy of the passport (photo and signature pages). A notarized copy of Driver's License is also required for US and Canadian citizens. Notarization must include name and contact information of the Notary

  • An original bank reference issued less than 3 months ago

  • An original utility bill, bank statement or credit card statement confirming residential address issued less than 3 months ago.

All documents must be in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.

Personal Visit

No personal visit is required.

Client is expected to send his personal documents, completed and signed bank forms and corporate documents to the bank upon receiving of our request.

Initial Deposit

The bank does not require any minimum amount. Our company recommends to send a minimum of $1,000 to make sure that your account has funds to cover bank's initial fees and to comply with the required minimum balance of US$750.

Online banking features:

  • Access to account balances and account transactions

Each client receives a digipass, which is a small electronic device generating temporally passwords to access the account from any part of the world 24/7.

Debit and Credit Cards

The bank issues debit cards Maestro/Cirrus and MasterCard. The cards may be issued in USD and EUR.

The debit cards have the name of the cardholder and name of his company engraved on it.

All cards are linked to the cardholders' bank accounts. Each debit transaction through the card is automatically deducted from the bank account.

Maestro/Cirrus card is suitable for cash withdraw worldwide through over 1,000,000 ATMs.

MasterCard card may be used the same way as a regular MasterCard credit card to make purchases in store, over the phone and online. It also allows to withdraw cash through ATMs worldwide.

The bank does not issue credit cards with credit limits. As soon as a client has funds on his account, he is able to use his card.

Time Required

The bank usually opens a corporate account in 1 to 2 business days after receiving completed application forms, corporate and personal documents and verification of clients personal documents and information.

The bank opens accounts in USD, EUR, GBP, CHF and JPY and issue debit cards in USD and EUR.

Feedback of Our Clients

Our company introduces its clients to the bank and constantly monitors clients experience with the bank's services.

Our company has not received any complains about bank services from our clients until second part of 2013. However, in July 2013 the bank started experiencing of problems with maintaining his accounts with correspondent banks. It resulted in considerable delays of wire transfer payments for our clients, who complained to our company on a massive scale.

The bank resolved its problems with correspondent banks in the beginning of 2014. However, as our clients inform us some delays with outgoing wire transfers are still possible.

Currently, our clients admit average level of satisfaction by the banks services. Online banking services are very secure and convenient. Clients like SMS and email notification services of the bank.

The fact that the bank does not accept cheque creates some inconvenience to clients, who receives cheques from their customers.

Our company considers this bank suitable for serving business needs of our clients, who are able to tolerate some delays with outgoing wire transfers. At the same time, we would not recommend to maintain considerable deposits with the bank. We will continue monitoring of banks services and keep our clients informed about any changes.
