You will receive the Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Incorporation in PDF format via email in 30 minutes to 2 business hours. Upon receiving of these documents you could visit your bank and open a corporate bank account.

The following additional services are available with each Ontario Incorporation package:

Ontario incorporation is recommended when your office (home office, retail store, etc.) are located in Ontario. Please note Ontario corporations may conduct business with customers located in any Canadian province and outside of Canada.
