Officers must be individuals, who are residents of any country. Positions of president, secretary and treasure are mandatory for each corporation.

One individual may be appointed as director, president, secretary and treasurer.

Annual general meeting is required and may be held in any place inside or outside of Canada.

A shareholder or any other person entitled to attend a meeting of shareholders may participate in the meeting by means of telephone or other communication facilities that permit all persons participating in the meeting to hear each other.

Each New Brunswick corporation must have a registered office address in New Brunswick. Our incorporation fee includes it for one year. Our company will forward to our clients copies of all letters received from the government.
