We recommend to order the NUANS REPORT (COMPLETE) package, which includes the following services:

Pre-search – we check your proposed name against any exact matches with existing names.

Evaluation – we evaluate if your proposed name has good chances to be accepted by the government.

Pre-search and evaluation of alternative names – if your first proposed name is not available, we pre-search and evaluate up to three alternative names.
Services included in the NUANS Report (Complete) package allow our clients to find a unique name and obtain a NUANS Report for one proposed name that has good chances to be accepted by the government.
NUANS REPORT (BASIC) may be ordered if you have searched your proposed name thoroughly through Internet, Yellow Pages and other available sources and are confident that the name is unique. Otherwise, you should order the NUANS Report (Complete) Package.
A NUANS Report is valid and reserves the name for 90 days from the date of the report. Within this time frame you should file for incorporation.
For numbered (no name) corporations a NUANS Report is not required.
