Certificate of Good Standing
It is issued by the Registrar of Companies and contains the following information:
Name of the Company
Registration Number
Authorized Capital
Registered Agent & Registered Office
Confirmation that the Company is up to date in the payment of it’s government fees
Most banks require the Certificate of Good Standing for opening a corporate bank account. If the Certificate of Good Standing is legalized with Apostille, no additional legalization of the document by an embassy or consulate of the foreign country is required.
